I will echo what others have said and not bother bringing up the subject. Your mother is probably more open-minded than you initially thought. Interestingly enough, some of my family helped me move recently, and they must have seen some of my diapers, as I found several diapers I forgot I had in a box a parent or sibling must have packed. This was several months ago, and to this day, they haven't said anything about it. Being older and living on my own, they probably respect my privacy regarding this (they probably assumed I have dealt with an occasional accident due to my IBS).
