Last few days been dealing with an itchy foreskin and slight redness but no swelling.
Tried googling symptoms but mostly came back as STI's. As I am not sexually active that is unlikely.
No pain just itchy
Can retract foreskin without issues
No pain while peeing.
Changing diapers very frequently and giving the whole area air time.
I clean and wipe the area every change and shower daily.

Anyone with similar issues or advice be most welcome

If you don't have any, you might still try an antifungal cream. I'm not sure what the availability is like in Canada, but in the States you can buy the stuff at most supermarkets and drug stores without a prescription. If it's not billed as being for jock itch or ringworm, check the athlete's foot cream. The indications on the package often state that it's useful for treating other fungal infections.

The only time I've experienced an itch like that and it wasn't knocked out with an antifungal was when I let our hot tub water become wayyyyy too acidic and literally burned myself there. That's was...very uncomfortable. Nothing to be done in that case but to sooth it until it healed. (I sure learned my lesson about water pH!)

I had that when I had to take a long period of antibiotics, caused the foreskin bacteria to get killed and it got irritated quickly.

Like @Cottontail said, antifungal cream directly on the foreskin for at least 3 days non stop .
Disinfect with chlorhexidine without alcohol before applying the cream though. (This is also available without prescription, does not hurt. The other disinfectants with alcohol do hurt)

After that when it's no longer itchy or painful, wash the foreskin daily with lukewarm water and NO soap (soap damages the good bacteria)

You also stated a slight redness. Could be the beginning of a fungal infection. Athletes foot and jock itch start off with itching, then the blotches of redness start to appear.
I attached what seems to be the most logical answer.
Try a fungal ointment for a couple of days after a thorough cleaning and drying and if possible some time air drying with the skin pulled back.

Wash your hands more frequently as you may infect other places depending on issue.
Sudacrem does not work on most issues but is a good barrier cream.
Clotrimazole is an anti fungal cream and is available on ebay.
If you shave your parts can also cause infections

yup, that's causing it, doc told me antibiotics do that.
When needing to wear diapers we're more susceptible to this than others because the foreskin contains more bacteria , hence the daily washing.
If the 3 days is not enough it could take a bit longer, don't worry it'll get better eventually, just keep applying that stuff and it'll get better

When I’ve had very bad rashes that wouldn’t go away for weeks even after ending diaper wearing, only had two things work. Calmoseptine or Pinxav. Unfortunately they both dye stuff pink. Calmoseptine tends to work best for me, but pinxav has worked in the past before it got too insane. Not sure how available either are outside the US. Might be able to look for equivalents. I tend to use Calmoseptine in crevices and pixav elsewhere as a preventative nowadays. Helps a ton. Sometimes I might switch pinxav with desitin or similar, but rarely avoid the other since it helps so much especially if it is going to be a long time before my next change.

I forgot to reply back with an update
about 4 days of anti fungal cream applying like 4x a day the itch went away.
Thanks for the advice & input now I know what to do next time it happens (which hopefully is a long time away)

this sounds like a normal duration.
Average 3 - 4 days treatment is normal.
Glad to be of help :)

I occasionally get those itches that help me to understand why some dog’s legs get to thumping the floor when you scratch them in just the right spot. It’s almost worth getting the itch it feels so good to scratch it.
