I think most office jobs are fitting. I usually dont wear them in office but its not really visible. And now while covid there is a lot of homeoffice so diapers can be worn all the time

Astronaut comes to mind, or deep sea under water welding. Those are some jobs where diapers are practical and already in use.
The only people I have seen profit from actual adult baby play are the female videographers on fansonly or patreon. So if you are willing to make fetish pornography and you are good looking, you could profit from AB/DL ( being female would also help). Or you could start a diaper distribution company like Rearz or the other ab/dl diaper companies.

I think he is talking about wearing baby/toddler/little clothes. If that is the case you might not have a second interview if you show up wearing them. Sorry. Diapers under adult clothing most jobs wouldn’t even know.

I work in a factory. Currently driving a forklift but before I worked on the lines actively building parts for cars requiring heavy lifting and repetitive movement. I've worn daily at work for a while and no one knows or cares if they do know.

In practicality, ANY job is a job for an ABDL. Unless your uniform is really -really- weird or you wear some strange gigantic pillow-like diaper that forces you to waddle and sticks out of your clothing no one is going to notice. Literally no one.

People don't generally go around staring at each others crotches and thinking "Are they wearing a diaper? I bet they are. I bet there one of those big babies. OMG." Even if they realized you were wearing a diaper, the first thought is generally "That's not what I thought I saw..." or "Oh, didn't know so-and-so had bladder issues."

For you it'd feel like a catastrophe, to them, it's a blip on the radar and nothing more.

I'll raise you this: I take cartoon character lunch boxes to work every day and no one cares. I've gotten a few "Did you rob a child on the way to work and steal their lunch?" types of jokes and the answer is "Well, they're too little to fight back and I really wanted animal crackers." We all laugh and no one is the wiser. XD

I have actually had a major seam fail in my uniform pants due to wear and tear and people DID see and literally NO ONE realized what they saw. (I went to the office and stole someone else's pants. XD They come back from the cleaners and hang in the office. I took them, turned in the torn ones, wore someone elses home, washed them and turned them into the cleaning service again and nobody was the wiser.)

So...relax a little, OK?

My dream job, working at Pampers, Luvs, or Huggies, and wear and use their diapers that scaled up to an adult size to give them feedback. Quality Assurance/Research and Development/whatever. An AB can give much better feedback and suggestions than actual babies and toddlers.

I did that once, sorta. Kimberly Clark put out an ad for incontinents to try out samples of various prototypes. Gave us free diapers for feedback.

As expected, the incontinents were female and the ABDLs were male, or so it was obvious (rightly or wrongly) to me.

As other people have said, pretty much any job that doesn't require a skimpy uniform or hard manual labor under the hot sun. I'm a software developer, work in a mixture of lab and office environments, and I wear diapers more often than not. Nobody notices, and on the remote chance that they do, they won't care. On the even more remote chance that they both notice and care and say something, then it's just "yeah, dealing with some temporary personal problems, I'll be fine. No, I don't really want to talk about it". If they decide to mock it, then it's HR time and they're done.

If you want jobs that are explicitly abdl friendly:
- Most of the main diaper companies. I think Abu even says their employees are all abdl.
- I have a friend who works part time for some professional mommies (in the abdl sense) helping to inventory their store and do shipping and logistics stuff
- working for yourself obviously
- I'd imagine most jobs having to do with the general kink scene would probably be ok with it.
- smaller companies with more open minded individuals? I know somebody who works in a small office where most people know he's abdl and they don't care (they'll even joke about it in fun ways), though imo that's kind of crossing a line and asking for trouble later on.

Ive had a few jobs over the years and have worn diapers at every one, when summer high heat hits, the diapers stay home or in the car, as I can change into a fresh diaper for my night shift job.
The only drawback of wearing diapers to work is if you happen to mess your diaper or over wet it and it leaks.
One of my current jobs is night security guard and I can diaper up and wet and mess my diaper without fear of being caught.
