I didn't have IC until my 30's so wouldn't really know the best way to handle your situation. But from experience, I can tell you what I would do given my experience. I would have a talk with your immeadiate supervisor. Tell him or her in very generic terms you medical condition. Keep the discusion very medical and simple. Experiment with some different disposable diapers. I think I would go with a thinner, quality diaper and use a really good booster. Snap on plastic pants too. Get to know what the limits of the booster is and time it so you don't have to do a complete change. Simply exchange the booster when close to saturation. Easy to carry several in a good fanny pack. Nighttime I would use something like the confi-dry 24/7 with a booster and plastic pants. If sleeping arrangements are in a larger group you may not have any choice but to share the medical information.
