The title might sound a bit strange, but I'm looking for some insight. I recently started back at a vehicle manufacturing plant last month (and coincidentally, had a car wreck happen third week back), and I'm eager to find any advice how to deal with a growingly active bladder in an environment where not only are we woefully understaffed, so there's no one to cover me to use the restroom unless I painfully wait and leak for a break every two hours, but I am consistently around 4-5 other technicals at a time, with more people passing by in shifts up to 10 hours. I've doubled my protection to keep urine from creeping out the sides, wear boxer briefs over them, wear black jeans, but it still feels like people notice. I try to think its a mixture of heightened awareness and imagination.
It seems waiting every two hours is what a urologist would have me do (bladder training), but it seems like all its doing is wearing my weakened bladder out. Its strange how pinching or twisting with my right hand only makes the urge or flow worse, which is my dominant hand. I
