Baby Powder vs baby lotion which do you prefer and why? Lotion always feels so slimey to me which is why I prefer powder.

I prefer baby powder

Baby powder to me soothe the diaper area and adds a great smell.

Neither. I use Desitin diaper rash cream and wear 24/7. Haven’t had a rash in years.

I use baby powder. Lotion always feels so cold when applied unless I warm it up beforehand which I keep forgetting to do or don't want to take the time to do.

Always baby powder! Nothing like a soft powdered diaper being tape on and getting a waft of that sweet smell.
Lotions are for other things if you know what I mean.

I use a mixture of the above. I'm 24/7, and I usually do Butt Paste and copious powder if I'm gonna be in it for awhile, and lotion and powder if It's shorter. Keeps me from having any problems at all.

I have to use powder. I get rashes way too easily. It doesn’t take much to get a rash, but when I do, then I have to use desitin.

I used baby lotion after I shower. I will rub it in all over my body and let it air dry for about 5 minutes. i then apply desatin to diaper area. lay my diaper out put in tye booster thwn apply baby powder.i then lay down put diaper on and tape up. all done. it has done wonders for skin health and keeps away diaper rash.

I don’t use either of them regularly, as I’m not particularly rash-prone. I’ve used both Desitin and Butt Paste with good results though. If my wife played mommy, I’d probably ask to be powdered with something scented. I do like smelling little, and getting one’s butt powdered sounds fun besides. :)

I use baby powder normally, liberally spread it on the diaper before I put it on. I will also use baby oil on me bum. I don't usually get rashes so some of the time I don't do either.

I use Johnson's baby powder because it's more highly ground then supermarket brand baby powder.

I only use powder. Lotions and creams always feel greasy and oily in a way that will cause little fibers and hairs to stick to me

I would have thought Sudocrem would dramatically shorten the lives of your pants?

I always sprinkle baby powder over my boy parts before pinning my diapers on. After 17 years of my mother powdering me before pinning my diapers on, sprinkling baby powder on before pinning my diapers on seems like the most the most natural thing to do. I love the smell, especially right after using baby wipes to clean myself before applying powder and pinning my diapers on.

I never use lotion.
About half the time I use nothing, but when I feel like my skin needs it, I'll use powder, rash cream, or both.
