I'd want to be able to use Mesmer spells from Guild Wars. Being able to randomly interrupt people and to make them shout obscenities at will? I'd have to say yes.

I would argue that Arsenal Gear is better for controlling the world

I would want the EMP field device Fortune and Ocelot wear in MGS2, deflecting bullets and such. Then.. I would want the Soul Edge from Soul Calibur series.. and... and... Its too big plus I would rather do it by force then by controlling are digital media which is the only purpose for arsenal gear. Even if it does have its own rather big unit of metal gear rays.
