Ideally, with lots of ice. I guess that counts as 'almost frozen'. I find that where I like water the best is in restaurants. At home, I can take it or leave it, but it's really essential when I'm eating out, regardless of whether or not I'm having something else to drink.

The best water I've ever tasted is at the clinic I work at. Although I have no idea what makes water in one glass better than another.

Same here, save for the "lots of ice" part. I like it cold, but not so full of ice that I have to actually suck to get water out of the cup!

i like it cold because it reminds me of how cold my house is when the water seems warm with ice, <its friggen cold in here!>

I like it cool. If it's too cold I can't drink it, but too hot tastes funny.

The best water you could possibly drink is water drunken when extremely thirsty.

I like drinks that are "chilled," but I refuse to drink a drink that has ice in it if I don't have a straw...

Cold.

So that I can feel it running down into my stomach!

But not too cold, because it's cold enough here already! If I was in Australia then I'd be wanting it nearly frozen too.

It tastes fresher when it's colder too.

I can't think of time where'd I'd ever want hot water! You'd just have a cup of tea.

Room temperature for me - don't like cold water at all, except on a really hot day, which are ruddy few and far between.

Depends how hot it is outside.
If I'm on a cold hill in the lakes then I'd prob appreciate it if it's hot.
If I'm in a hot, dry country I'd want it pretty damn cold.

Cold or near frozen. I actually already tried frozen, but I have to wait for it to melt so it sucks.

WTF is this poll o_O;;

I chose 'nearly frozen' because I like my water so cold that little slivers of ice are actually beginning to form in it!

I dont like drinking anything cold, except for chocolate milk. Room temperature is good for me, straight out of the faucet.

Every time I go to a restaraunt I have to ask for no ice, because I hate drinking stuff cold. Plus, without ice, I get more drink, and it doesn't get watered down near the end.

This reminds me of a Seinfeld episode I saw once, where George orders a drink with no ice, because he gets more to drink.
