In the past I bought hormones off the internet. Got caught by wife. We them went to councilor for it. She said it was a marriage counseling but just a trick to get me there to address my hormones. Many many years later still haven't stopped thinking about it. I am AMAB. But I identify with female also. Being single again and not needing to please anyone I have looked at there I want to go. I am old to start this journey. But what is age.
So last week on Thursday I called planned Parenthood. They gave me an appointment for Monday at 3. I went yesterday talked with staff. Dr came in did more talking. Went over consent forms. I now have medication.

Spironolactone
Progesterone

Take great care as your body will be subjected to many changes and you really need to have your medial doctor(s) aware of what you are doing and you should hear for someone that is in the center regarding concern for your medical health as well as your mental /physical transition.
Assure you are using a journal to monitor yourself physically and mentally.

I took the same things and the worked real good ended up 44c
at first I did tak herbal but they were expensive and ddnt real help, to slow so i went with the at half the max with no side affects except boobs real stuff , online from inhouse was on them for 12 years and then got remarried after first one passed and had to stop but istill take prescription meds for other thing like finastereide

you mean you ended up with c cup breasts from an HRT perscription or are you saying you went 1.5 the maximum dose on herbals?

Getting a perscription, how difficult is it. I feel like I am going to be grilled about why. I’m not very good at being direct about what I need. TBH

the herbals I went max the hrt i started at the lowest to see if there was going to be issues, the I worked up to half the max does es once a day anthe I did that does twice a day
example istarted spiro at 25, then went to 100 once a day with other hrt meds. then i went to 100 spiro twice a day. started estrogen at 1 mg than 2 mg and then 2 mg twice aday
sams routine for progesterin. now i am on finasteride for a pee problem as well as zocor and nexium
