There are no "cheap" print diapers that I am aware of.
The el-cheep-o medical white stretch side tab diapers I know of are CVS branded, and those are not very good in my opinion.
Bottom Half Group has medical white "Ultra Stretch" tab diapers, but those ate not cheap and currently out of stock.

There isn’t any adult diaper that resembles Luvs. But the abu super dry kids is an exact replica of a pampers baby diaper, I can’t remember what, but it’s spot on.
