I'm pretty new to abdl so I need some advice. I want to start buying better adult diapers since I started with "store brand" pull-ups and taped diapers. I want to buy better and nicer brand diapers but I don't know where to start. Is it worth spending $50 on a case of 10 diapers if it's abdl or from an abdl brand? Is getting a case of like 60 tena diapers better? If I want to wear diapers often but can't afford to spend too much, what should I be buying? If I don't wear diapers very often, what diaper should I use? What is more discreet? What about hiding the sent? What are the differences in absorbancy and how often do they leak? Can I use a tena diaper as much as a high-quality abdl diaper? Basically, what are the pros and cons of an abdl diaper compared to a brand like tena?

If anyone can please recommend a diaper for me to try, I'm interested in trying new things. My waist size is (28in - 30in for pants) if that affects anything about absorbancy or leakage.

These are the options I'm currently considering: https://www.amazon.com/hz/wishlist/ls/2RFMM7VK1MREC?ref_=wl_share
If you want to recommend any abdl diapers or any other diapers that are good please let me know.

Thank you for your help and cooperation. :)

I forgot to mention this too, but how about the padding clumping? How is that in abdl brands and "premium diapers"? Is this an issue in all diapers? Is it still apparent in something like an abdl diaper or a tena diaper?

I’m not clicking any Amazon links so I’m not sure what’s in there. But my recommendation would be these:

Honestly, I like the Tena Slip Maxi a bit better because they’re a bit more discrete but they’re sold out at the moment. Anyway, Tena Slip Ultima/Maxi are NOT the same as “store bought diapers”, they are imported from the UK, plastic backed, and absolutely delightful to wear. I’d honestly recommend them over many of the more niche diapers out there. Love, love, love these.

They ship for free over $70. My recommendation is, go get a pack or 2 of the Tena slip ultra from there and a pack of the incontrol hybrid elite

depends on your needs! If you just like to chill in your room and wear like I do and don’t go out - I highly recommend something like tykables overnights/waddlers/whatever else they have branded under their ultra line of diapers. They’re soft, extremely extremely absorbent and fairly bulky if you’re into that kind of thing.

I wouldn’t know what would be good for discreet wearing though honestly if you wanted to go that route or have that option

All these places have great diapers and in my opinion they are worth every penny. I would suggest ordering directly from them and cut out the middle man(Amazon). Those prices listed are more expensive than what you'd pay from the company themselves. You're already spending enough, why spend more on Amazon.

Years ago clumping was a big issue and downfall with adult diapers. Not today though. Today's ABDL diapers are very sturdy.
Enjoy.

Try forsite diapers, it is a great compromise. Cost is decent and quality is good. I really like the under the sea print.

Well, I'm trying to ship to an amazon locker. Can you ship stuff from Abuniverse or Tykables?

Are the super proskins any good?

Best decent diaper for under $1/ea is Tranquility ATN. After that the Abena "Comfort Brief" (plastic or PE outer shell is the comfort brief, their breathable/clothlike diapers are weak) and Tena Active Fit (PE shell) Maxi or Ultima are comparable to the Abena. I rely on the Betterdry myself and if your looking for a diaper with prints look into Crinklz as they're betterdry diapers with several different prints available.
I HIGHLY recommend LLMedico, best bang for the buck price wise plus they offer discounts you can read about on their website. They also give rewards with every purchase which for me works out to a couple of free cases of Betterdry/year but I need to wear the majority of the time.

Those are not proskins. It's my understanding that proskins are cloth backed. These are Tena Slip Active, they're plastic backed UK versions. And yes, so good :)

If you do buy from tykables or rearz they are shipped in a plain box. Nothing on the label or anywhere on the outside of the box gives away what’s inside. I order frequently from both. Love the waddlers from tykables and from rearz my go to is critter caboose. But I will be getting the new safari mega and the new dinosaur mega from rearz. Everyone has their own opinion on what is the best diaper. You can get samples to try out to see which one you like best which I recommend on doing.

If you have a FedEx or UPS facility near you you can have them shipped and held there then pick them up. I have done this in the past and just had to work within the pick up hrs at the facility.
