I made myself incontinent , now I regret it. what do I do?

Even if you did it on purpose, i would check that by an urologist. You do not know if an other reason is possible, it could just be a coincident.
You could try TENS, when the problem is weak pelvic floor, but as i said, check it out.

Sorry, going 24/7 has resulted in a permanent change for you. I've been IC from birth with a defective bladder. I used to get very upset as a young child/teen but now i've learned to just role with it, and now i'm both little and diapered 24/7. Hope you can find help soon.

See your doctor asap
then get a referral to a urologist
be prepared to wait and have some "fun" exams

There is a HUGE difference between a diaper lover, who wears diapers for a variety of reasons not related to incontinence, and a person who is incontinent, who is required to take measures not to wet or soil themselves uncontrollably.

@cherryfoxie did not change her mind. She is now having issues with incontinence, which is NOT why she wanted to be diapered 24/7. She is asking for help regarding incontinence in the Incontinence Forum, so we offer help and support.

As incontinence is a symptom of a medical issue, and this is not a medical web forum, we should always recommend seeking medical help when there is a change in continence.
