Welcome to ADISC!

How about you tell us a little more about you, just so we get to know who you are. What do you like to do for fun and all that jazz?

Anyway, are you a DL or just a salesman :p

Nice meeting you! Make sure to post.

Both :p

I surf in my free time, I also work on cars (mainly my own - Skyline Engine built in), go to the beach, hang with friends, go out etc etc..

I am also a computer nerd, but not the type that sits in the corner and starts rocking at the first sight of people.. I get out, I do things.. I love adrenaline...

Ive been skydiving, and want to go again, Ive lived in Germany for 6 years, Canada for 3 and the rest in the States.

Sound like a fun person. What kind of car do you have? And which Skyline engine are you using? There is a local S14 240 with the S15 Silvia front clip and an RB26, and I just want to go rub myself on it whenever I see it. My first cars were all Dxdeadxn/Nissan's, and I still love them. Now I've become a convert to the cult of Subaru though hehe.

Welcome to our community, we're a diverse bunch so there must be quite a few who like to play with cars. I'm one, but I am somewhat daunted by today's emission systems. I have seen some cars without any such plumbing, and they are lovably simple to work on. It must have been a blast in the old days :)

Anyway, look around, you'll certainly find other things you like to talk about.

PS. I've owned a Subaru, but never a Nissan. Fords mostly . . .

Lol, tons of replies!!! Muhauahaha :)

Ok, skydiving is really amazing! It does not feel like you are falling, you have NO ground rush... What you have is a landscape in front of you, that you barely notice getting closer (also, your stomach does NOT jump into your throat when you jump) - and when the chute is deployed you just go from your entire body being massaged by air, to complete calm/peace and a beautiful view!!!

I drive an S13, 89 240sx SE with the RB20DET... I went with the RB20 because my auto transmission died, and it wouldve cost more to rebuilt it, rather than a newer engine with less miles. I have it tuned to 250HP at the rear wheels, in a car that weighs just over a ton. - I did all the work on it myself with 0 knowledge of cars after being screwed out of $300 down payment on a back yard mechanic to put it in for me... He didnt come through, so I took everything home and put it in myself :)
Some of you may know me from carolina nissans, or from nico club :p

I am pursuing my degree in computer science :p

I will be returning to the States on June 12th, so they will be on the site June 12th or the 13th. The Attends actually do not look like the photo any more, but are still a good product.

EDIT: Raccoon, I need 15 posts to reply to your pm... Ill see if I can find another 11 constructive posts to post and then I will reply :)

*Grump* - /me comes in with mop bucket to get up all the drool around Acecool's car pix.

When you go to parties, do you introduce yourself by saying, "My name is Acecool; Ah your're a partner with Dewy-Cheatham and Howe; me? I'm in adult diapers." I would. I would so love your job just so I could use that line.

I wanted to post a pic of a diapered skydiver; there were many but not with the diaper showing. I envision a formation jump, with plastic pants on the exterior with a large cloth bulge. Ruffles that will flap in the breeze. Not exterior disps because of tapes detaching, and fluff going everywhere: dangerous. Plastic liner hitting you in the face and getting tangled in one's goggles. Do Not Want. But you are in the skydiving world already; how hard would it be to sponsor a dive (you supplier pays) and get the pix out over the internet?

PRO MEANS PROTECTED. = POSSIBLE TAG LINE.

Pro's short for protection. These shorts for Protection. [image: ad copy]

Your logo on the butt: where all eyes will be drawn.

And elliptical logos of YOUR - and your bramds only - brands sewn onto the jumpsuits to ape Nascar sponsor advertising.

Aim for viral

OK People, if you wanted to see a skydiving diaper display, what ideas do YOU have? Describe the coolest TV or billboard or other advertising you would like to see on the news or on your way to work.

Nah, though that would be pretty funny lol... I will need to hire a model or two though when these European diapers start really rolling in to get a better photo that just an illustration up on the site.

Ive only been skydiving once, but I want to go again because it is incredible! About sponsoring such a jump, it might be expensive... The flight up is $25 per person if you are certified, plus the fees for "professionals" and so on, lol... Maybe in the future sometime if I advertise on Google TV then it would a cool commercial :p - It would be something I would have to sponsor, not sure the supplier would, maybe I should ask eh?

Im gonna make a quick php script to drop in there to display thumbnails of the photos so its easier to see whats what...

I love S13's. I have a special spot in my heart for them as I had a maroon S13 hatch for my first car. I did the stereotypical swap though and went with a blacktop SR20 and just a bell-housing adapter for the KA transmission.

That being said, I have discovered that you are a BMW F1 fan and therefore I'm not allowed to be your friend :p I always loved the Honda guys and its just delicious to see them cleaning up with the Braun cars this year :)

Yays thumbnails  Ooo TinyURL's in your sig -> new product pix?? That change on a daily basis?? So we can go see a new pic each day like RSS-ing the daily Dilbert or local weather forecast.

As to models, use keen amaters; put signs on bulletin boards at community colleges and in college newspapers. The deal is they (and the photog) work for free - but get model & photographer credit on each image, and permission to use the pics for portfolio. I did this; I was published in small newspapers; I shot for designers on this quid pro quo basis. One used a shot of mine for her print ad. (Damn woman had model credit on it but forgot photograper credit. Humph.) Seriously, people need portfolio stuff. Part of being a model is not looking pretty but being versatile; the more variety in their portfolio, the more styles, of them and of the photography, the better is their portfolio. Being able to look like a middle-class mom playing with her daughter, and like a Goth and doing haute couture runway, and maybe some stock as a business woman - this is what models want in their portfolio. Plus amateur models are very easy going; they will participate in the shot, and many have their own ideas. Expaerienced models also know the standard poses, are used to oddness, and can hold a pose and an expression amid ten thousand cables, umbrellas, guys holding

hair/makeup on standby, and gawking passers-by looking on.

While your lady assistant (or gay guy) adjusts her diaper to get the creases right, and the photog takes light readings off the diaper so it isn't overexposed or shows reflections of the assistnats or equipment.

Actually, I have a BMW F1 watch, it was a present from my brother, I am not into F1 at all though - but it is a nice watch :p

Thats a good idea, I was going to go with $100 per hour for college students, but the credit idea is even better :p
