Look into some of the Seni product on Amazon. I’m currently getting away with a seni super plus for my bedwetting. I rarely leak and am getting basically a 3month supply for around $1.10 per brief. You can go even cheaper if you can make the Tena Slip line work for you. I managed to get a case of those for around .75 per diaper.

I’ve been wearing Tena active fit of late and this week I’ve been suffering from bad stomach and they’ve coped well and not to bad price either
Also cope ok with pee voloume as well
