Hospital bed cribs

Has anyone made a crib on a hospital bed?

I've had two adult-sized hospital cribs that were ... well, cribs. They're certainly sturdy, but very difficult to take apart for transport or to hide. I actually feel more "little" in a baby crib, but I realize not everyone can fit. I would think that making a crib out of a hospital bed would be a difficult an expensive enterprise.
