Hooked on diapers

Were you hooked on diapers the first time you put one on again? I know the first time I put on a diaper as a teen I was totally hooked. Even when I was caught by my mother and she tried to shame me out of them I just couldn't stop my desire to wear diapers. I have been in and out of diapers for over 50 years. To this day I still think they are wonderful.

From my earliest memories, I can't remember a time when I was not wanting to put on (and use) cloth nappies (no other type available at that time), covered by plastic pants and dresses.
Must have been hooked as a baby.

That's currently me, honestly. I've been a DL for over 20+ years and never even tried to buy or take any sort of diaper up until just a few months ago. It started out slowly but since being validated and opening up to my folks, I've started quite a bit of wearing, verging on 24/7. I know it may not last forever and I'll likely find my balance, but I'm enjoying the ride right now and feel SO much better about myself and just overall calmer and more positive since wearing. It's a magical feeling. I've pent up my emotions and bottled them up for so long and now I'm finally letting all of it out.

Pretty much the same for me. I briefly was put back into pull ups at age 6 due to constipation, but I don't recall using them that much, likely out of shame and fear. But, I think overall that I regret ever being potty trained and wished I had either been kept in diapers or had ended up back in diapers somehow, maybe by doing something intentional. It's a DL thing, honestly.

The first time? Nope.

The first time I wore a diaper after being potty train was when I started to wet the bed when I was around 9 years old. At first my only thought was it would help keep the bed dry and I would be embarrassed if any of my friends found out I wore diapers.

Wanting to wear diaper for fun never crossed my mind until months (maybe years) later.

Aww, cute. I really do enjoy wearing and can immediately feel a calming and relaxing effect after putting them on. I genuinely think I am a less pesimistic/negative person when wearing. I genuinely feel caressed with my padding, secure and protected. My stress just melts away, especially if I let some pee go, hehe.

I’ve loved nappies all my life, it strange how something as simple as a thick pair ok plasticky padded pants/ knickers can make you feel calmer, comfy and secure, I love the feeling so so much 🤪😵‍💫

Pretty much, but it took an ABDL fetish site in the late 90's to get it.

My first time was when I was put in a pull up to sleep by my dad after I refused to try to go to the bathroom before bed when I was 3 or 4 years old. Being a "big kid" I did not want to wear it but I did not have a choice. But once it was on I noticed that the softness and comfort felt amazing and was hooked. I was never a bed wetter so I woke up dry of course but I did have to go in the morning. I seriously thought about just peeing in it but I knew that my mom would be mad if I did and I was already embarrassed for her to find me in a pull up. Looking back on it I really should of just wet it like I wanted to. The "worst case" scenario would of been that I would had to wear pull ups at night and that would have not been such a bad thing. I remember being sad to take it off and throw it away especially since it was dry. I secretely wanted it to happen to me again but it never did.

I got hooked immediately after trying them again in secret at 17. Originally it was for age regression, but now I just really enjoy the feel and sound and—well, just every aspect of wearing! It is very safe and comfortable, and makes me not worry about stopping what I’m doing to pee.

It’s more than just games and drawing that I don’t want to stop, but the shyness of having to use the restroom in a store or gas station makes me very anxious so if I am on trips I pad up just to be safe!

I never wanted to stop wearing diapers even when I was fully potty trained. Diapers are my preferred “underwear” even if I don’t use them lol

I wanted to be back in diapers the moment I was out of them. The first time I tried them (although I don't know if I really count these) was buying Depends pull ups. Wasn't a fan and kind of turned away from the idea for a little while. Ordered some bambino's a couple months later and was hooked immediately. I don't know why but wearing just has a weird calming effect. I even sleep better too. Haven't been able to much but as soon as I can I am hoping to order enough to wear to bed every night.

Some of my earliest childhood memories are of wanting to be back in diapers or sneaking medical diapers to wear for fun. I think my little self has existed as far back as I can remember. Diapers became a security blanket for me as an attachment object.
