My name is David and I live in Melbourne Australia.

I have been an ABDL pretty much my whole life and still where them frequently.

Growing up in the 70’s my mum was guided by Dr Spock and I was trained In the day by 3 and wore a night nappy until 6. Back then cloth and plastic pants only!

I was caught stealing friends plastic pants at age 7. I saved up my pocket money and bought Kimbies when I was 12 until my parents found my stash much to my horror (happened again at age 17).

Life was pretty normal I my 20s with further education travel girlfriends erc and occasional wearing. When long term relationship ended I had a lot of resentment in me and took comfort not in nappies but whiskey. Won’t go into my AA story but doubtless wet beds sent me back to night nappies and then daytime for comfort.

Been 18 years since my last drink. I am happily married now and have four wonderful kids ( 3 teens which makes the wonderful questionable at times).

I never shared my love of nappies with my wife when we met. She knew I liked them as I incorporated it into our adult time mildly). I came out to her in January 2029. I am lucky she had been accepting to a point. With four kids both of us working minimal family support we are both under pressure so tolerance of my diapers depends on her head space. Red light - she calls them “those thingsl” and not in a nice way. Amber light and they are “pants” eg put you pants on they make you happy” and green light is “nappy” - eg when I had Covid she said to wear a nappy it would easier.

This forum is fantastic and nice to hear stories from real people. Looking to make friends with other peole that wear. I’m not into the role play stuff or anything like that and most definitely want to change anyone or have anyone change me.

I am lucky to have one friend where we catch up for coffee usually in park and just chat like peole do. . Only difference is that under our clothes are nappies. Fear to talk about products lifestyle wives reactions erc.

If you have read this thank you !

Welcome it is nice to read your story. I have family in Melbourne but only keep in touch on facebook and have not seen each other in over 40 years as I am in Canada. We both were born in England but I mostly grew up in Canada and they moved to Australia in the 70's. As far as I know I am the only one in the family who was hooked on plastic pants at a young age and just experimented with nappies later in life. Now it seems I need them more and more. Hope you enjoy your time here.
