Charles coming 72, retired, incontinent man in Suffolk UK- I have been a heavy wetter for over 20 years now and am currently using mostly Netfix pants with disposable pads and either plastic or Malaysian rubber pants for security. Can anyone recommend re useable incontinence pull ups or Velcro fastening, washable incontinance pants - looking for a heavy weight pair taht will take a lot of urine so I dont have to keep changing - sorry - cant be bothered with traditional nappies \ diapers but washable will cost a lot less in the long run that pads
