In terms of advice all I can say is it'll likely take time to get used to wetting. It'll probably feel unnatural at first but over time it'll get easier. I've been an ABDL so long as soon as I put one on now I wet it without even realising must of the time.

I want to be an ABDL because I feel like it can be a great stress reliever and it takes you back to the simpler time of being a baby/toddler and behaving as such. I plan on only wearing my diapers and wetting them when i go to sleep for now, but will wear them more often when I get more comfortable. 😁

I can definitely relate to that. I had some issues as a child which led to me wearing nappies and pull ups until I was 10 years old. When I eventually moved past that I found myself wanting to wear them again in my teens to help me relax and deal with stressful situations such as exams at school and that's continued into adulthood. One reason I want to wet diapers is because I heard from other ABDL on here and other sites that it's the greatest feeling! Your body starts to feel warm from the diaper being wet and it can be squishy and fun to play with! 😁 I really want to experience that for myself! ☺️❤️
