My psychologist mentioned my bed wetting and incontinence issues in the history section of a report that she wrote for an unrelated diagnosis. I didn’t read the report fully and gave consent for it to be sent to my new GP (who I was yet to disclose to) and the student support team at my university. This made for an awkward conversation with my GP at my next visit and a slightly less awkward conversation with an academic advisor about adding bathroom breaks during exams into my access plan. Overall, this was a net positive experience as it meant that I received better healthcare and accommodations but was very embarrassing at the time as it happened back when I felt a lot more ashamed about these issues.

Although I've had cyberstalkers before so they probably found out on their own. But I don't really care if they did. My family already know about it and most of them are fine with it.

Everyone I've told im IC / DL has kept totally mum about it. Which I'm thankful for. Should the spill the beans I think the friendship would be over.

Nope. My wife is really the only one in a position to blow my cover, and thankfully she's still on my side. Otherwise, my family and friends (outside of the community) are all oblivious.

My mother told my aunts, cousins and siblings about catching me with diapers about two different incidents (11yo and 16yo) It was extremely shame inducing. But it was related to being abused by my stepfather with diapers and she hid that. Then told everyone as if she didn’t have any idea why I would be playing with diapers.

My mum found my diapers a few times , and I heard her talking about it to my sister on the phone ! But I couldn't hear enough to be absolutely sure.. but I'm 90 % sure it was about them. Stuff like "he doesn't wear them" and "oh that's good then" were phrases I managed to hear ! (My pronouns are she/her) but nobody uses them yet .
Also I told a "trusted" colleague I am transgender and after a while it was obvious people knew... 🙁.. I casually mentioned to her that a few people seemed to know and a couple actually asked me about it (including our new boss !) And she strongly said " well it's obvious, especially the way you dress "
My style at the time was subtle, feminine floral shirts / blouses and sometimes butterflys. And basic trousers . Definitely "glam" or some might say "gay" but not obviously transgender. And the cute style is genuine, it suits my personality perfectly. So I think I have been outed by my mum on abdl stuff and I was definitely outed at work by a colleague who pretended to be my friend.. (I never liked her much to be honest! But I was willing to give her a chance, my work situation at the time wasn't pleasant, lots of bullying in fact.)

my mother and stepfather passed away about 12 years ago. I started dealing with the physical abuse and child sexual abuse about 5 years later. My therapist believed it was a stockholm syndrome type situation that wouldn’t let me admit the abuse until they were gone. Additionally, I didn’t have uncovered memories; I just thought that it didn’t affect me. But if they were still here at this point I would not be on good terms with them. I don’t associate with my family either.

She made an appointment for me at a big residential mental facility where I had to discuss my desire to wear diapers as well as being attracted to other males. I was both embarrassed and really nervous. This was back when they could put you into a mental facility against your will if you were gay. Fortunately I was able to convince my mom to cancel the appointments I had with my psychiatrist after several visits. My psychiatrist and I just argued with each other and it was going nowhere.

I trusted my ex-wife with this knowledge and she said it wasn‘t a big thing and supported me with it. However when we split up she definitely told her parents and I don’t know who else in her family, as I’m not in touch with them anymore. One of my kids overheard that she was speaking to her parents about me and there were lots of oohs and aahs, luckily they couldn’t hear what was actually said (At least what they told me). She also hinted to my mum that there was lots she didn’t know, however my mum does know (my parents found my diapers a few times when I was a teenager), so that didn’t matter.

I then had to tell my lawyers in case she brought it up (luckily she didn’t as our kids live with me) and I also told a therapist at the time. They of course didn’t tell anyone else, but also helped normalise it and said it wasn’t a big deal. I have read on here how it has been weaponised by some spouses, so I do count myself lucky in that respect.

I believe my ex wife revealed my ‘thing’ to my Mother in a nasty letter after I left the marriage. My Mum has hinted about things but never actually said anything

I'm sure that he told about it to my stepmother and most likely also my mom and some of the other relatives based on how they talked with me afterwards. It was never talked about since but it still bothers me quite a bit. He was at least then generally just mean person and verbally abusive.

Some people are so insensitive to others.
There isn't even any honest reason for people to be angry about us ..
I love nappies and pacifiers, and I will until I die , and I have never knowingly/ on purpose hurt anyone in my whole life.

I've never seen any reason why anyone would consider it to be that much of a issue as it doesn't even affect anyone besides myself. I have since cut contact with my father because of his abusive and controlling behaviour.
I've also come to accept that my love for diapers is something that isn't going to go away and I wouldn't even want it to as it helps quite a bit with my anxiety and depression

When I was young and didn't think much about it becoming a thing that someone would use against me my ex girlfriend posted pictures of me in diapers through a friend's Facebook page. We didn't really have a good relationship and I shouldn't have shared this with her but I learned my lesson for sure. I'm kind of glad. Subconsciously I wanted to get it off my chest but having to explain it to your friends is hard to handle for sure lol. Eventually no one cared and life goes on
