Has anyone wore a diaper to the doctor?

You'll be allright, doctors and nurses are used to seeing every other patient wearing some kind of incontinence garment and or diapers🙂

Thank you, I just want to make sure I’m not crossing any lines where I am exposing my DL to people deliberately; which is frowned upon. I guess in this situation it’s okay since I have no choice; other than don’t wear a diaper.

They make diapers that are re-fastenable. 'Hook' type (I can't think of what they call it), kind of like velcro. I found these to be the absolute best because they can be easily tightened or adjusted as necessary. Taped diapers don't really like that, and I hate carrying a roll of duct tape with me.
:)
True, though I am no fan of anything cotton feel like because some brands get wet on the outside.
Same with the pad, but I guess I have to.

I have two appointments coming up. One with my VA provider and the other is my new Primary Care Manager through my insurance. I will wear a diaper to both appointments. In retired from the military last year and I’m still trying to figure out what a civilian annual physical consists of. Can anyone help me with that?

My Tena Super did that yesterday. The outside was wet and I’d never seen that before.

Thank you for your service to our country, I have had that happen before when I tried out depend stretch fit diapers not a nice feeling. Physicals are done on a yearly basis, I could be wrong.

Yea, I have a physical scheduled for next month. In the military, it’s just questions and blood pressure test. I’m wondering what my new doctor will do during the physical.

I were my cloth diaper to my doctor all the time. the doctor hasn't said anything to me about it.

I was browsing through this thread so it seemed like a good time to ask the question. As I'm trying to get more comfortable wearing in public and being more open about it, the doctor's office feels like a safe, judgement-free environment to test the waters. It seems like others without medical need have worn to appointments without issue by being honest and saying it's for personal comfort, etc. Can someone confirm that this is the case?
I wore AB/DL diapers to my visit with the ear specialist and the staff aid who helped me (in her mid-20's) with my hearing test noticed my diapers and even asked me about them. I told her that I wear out of comfort and that I really hate using public restrooms. Her response was completely professional and non-judgmental. She told me that her husband was incontinent and that based on our conversation, she was determined to surprise him with some fun diapers next time. I would like to go back there again some time, but I don't have any medical need to do so.

I have at least 8 doctor appointments every year. Two each with my PCP, my kidney specialist, my endocrinologist, and the VA. I am always wearing. Tomorrow when I go to the VA, I will not only be wearing a diaper; but, I will also be wearing panties inside the diaper and suspender stockings. If the NP asks about the panties or stockings (if she even notices them), I'll just be honest and tell her I enjoy wearing them.

Everything will be perfect.

When recovering from kidney stone extraction surgery I had to return to the urologist’s office for removal of a stent. Since I had been having dribbling issues and was wearing pull-ups at home, I saw my opportunity and wore a Northshore Flex Supreme pull-up to my appointment. The urologist is a very kind woman and she had a younger woman assistant helping her. I guess I got off on some minor element of humiliation when I dropped my khakis revealing my pull-up and then pulled those off to expose my little penis. Of course, neither of them said anything other than to ask me to get comfortable. After the “procedure” ( which sucked) when I stood up off the exam table and started to get dressed, I involuntarily pissed all over the floor. That was embarrassing but it felt good and they both just waived it off as not out of the ordinary. Lying on the exam table, legs spread wide with two attractive women leaning over my naked penis was exhilarating!

This, because so many other drivers in four wheeled (or more) vehicles literally don't give a damn about motorcyclists, and I had far too many deliberately try to bump/nudge me out of my lane or off the road. Honest mistakes are bad enough but you can usually expect them if you stay alert.
No doubt about it! Riding a motorcycle is extremely dangerous and should never be taken lightly! I had a bad moto accident in my early 20s that kept me of off two wheels until my mid-50s when I took a class and learned to ride the right way. I ALWAYS wear head-to-toe protective gear including a full-face helmet and a bright lime-green jacket. I always ride with the headlight on plus two forward-facing high intensity LED lights and multiple reflective lights on the back end.I want to BE SEEN! I NEVER ride intoxicated with alcohol or weed! I don’t listen to music while riding either. A typical day’s ride for me is 250 miles on mostly back country roads. Motorcycling, while dangerous, is a blast! But you MUST be on your game at all times!!

The appointment went well and nothing was said. I'm sure she was totally unaware of what I was wearing. She may have noticed my diaper; but, she is also aware that I wear diapers. I had to sit on the examining table and raise my shirt so she could listen to my heart on both the front and back of my chest. I've no idea if the top of my diaper showed and didn't care, either.

My doctor said she didn’t know I was wearing a diaper until I lifted up my shirt. Lol. I think she was expecting it, but still surprised lol.

My appointment with my VA provider could not have gone better. We talked about my history and why I want to wear diapers. She acknowledged that I have a bladder issue, but also questioned if it was because I want one, or if there is one. We both agreed that it’s a little of both. She said that if I want to treat my IC, she can help me with that, but that she believes I’m ok with diapers.

We talked about my lifelong desire to be a woman, and she asked if I’ve ever been with a man. I said no, that I’m attracted to women. At the end of the appointment she said my name, and thanked me for being honest, and asked if that was my preferred name or if I had a feminine one. She was smiling at that, and wasn’t serious. I was too nervous to say Hailey.

I’ve been wearing to all my appointments lately, and even my MRI this morning. All of my providers have been amazing, and have treated me with respect. When I go to Physical Therapy, I am clearly diapered, and at my MRI today I asked and was allowed to suck on my pacifier.

I have gone in Goodnites before and got told off a bit about how I should perhaps look into other options, I just told them the truth in that I had but at the time that was really only things like depends and other incontinence products. The truth was that these are just what works best, they are easy to find and rather affordable and just worked better than adult incontinence products for whatever reason.
They are one of the few products that will hold if I just start wetting and don't notice and are what I have always used. Depends may work fine if I notice I am wetting and can hold back or whatever but if I just start wetting like I am having a potty training accident and just fully wet they tended to leak.

When going to dentist.
I have excellent dentist. Best possible work. We are friends from kindergarden and primary school.
Always refuse to accept payment. Fillings, crown, implants. All free. Max is to accept payment for some expensive material.
But I do not fell comfortable. After several close calls, started to wear them when going to dentist.
Once , diapers did help, otherwise I wet myself.
