I found these on Ebay, 80 diapers for only 30 bucks, I don't know how good medlines are, probably not even close to the best, but hey they're only 30 bucks, plus the seller looks legit and has good feedback. Just thought I'd put it out there.

I have never tried these diapers but I buy a lot of diapers on e-bay. There are some great deals to be had.
