France is good for holidays only, if you like the countryside, the lost corners, do not hesitate to come (be careful to come out of protest: strike, blocking, etc.). It seems that it is a beautiful country to visit, surely. I can not guarantee it but it is possible. But it's not a good country to live in, let alone to undertake, if you want pay a fortune in tax France is made for you (be careful not to forget the taxes hide, taxes that you should not pay normally but that is too expensive judicially not to pay them.) Not to mention the heaviness and legal slowness, to which we must add the legal errors, good luck to prove that the state made a mistake, it will take a lot of time, and money (surely more than the price of the mistake). But it is a very beautiful country for the holidays. xD

The US is bad for hollidays. We never get enough vacation time to go to other countries on a holliday trip. Heck, even when we do get some time off we're "encouraged" not to take it.

Studies tend to show that the optimal number of hours to work a week is 25. If you work more than that the reduction in your accuracy, creativity, and productivity is actually larger than anything you do beyond the base 25 hours.

Studies also show that the worst advanced country to live in is the USA. We're dead last in just about every metric imaginable. I've lived in Canada, England, and the USA and there's absolutely no comparison. Canada is ever so much saner a place to be.
