Throw your diaper in your drier on either an air dry or very lower setting and let it run for 2 or 3 minutes. It really puffs up the diaper. If you have the very low heat setting, it not only is a nice puffy diaper but it also feels wonderful.

The last time I didn't fluff a diaper is probably while in public restroom, not to crinkle for nothing while fluffing.
I say it improves the wicking ability, but ya im talking Crinklz or Rearz, ABDL Diapers.
I wouldn't bother fluffing such brands like Tena or Depends, if your using those, God help you.

Fluffing a disposable makes it bulkier and cozier.

If you’re wearing NS supreme you had better fluff them, they’re good but stiff out of the bag.
First time I wore them i fluffed the first one later that day Went to change and forgot to fluff got in bed few minutes later rolled over on my side and my left nut got pinched in that stiff diaper, very painful I was sore down there for two days

i always roll, squish & fluff disposables even boosters. It makes them comfy and absorbent.

I don’t wear disposables that often but when I do I mildly stretch them and put a crease in them to form a “V” down the center of the Abena M-4s I wear. They’re packed tightly when they’re packaged so I let them expand for a while on the shelf before use. It seems like if I stretch them too much it causes the SAP to bunch up when it’s saturated so I only lightly stretch them. There are some cheaper disposables that I’ve tried in the past that are thin and hard that don’t absorb well without snapping and fluffing. But even then they were disappointing in their liquid capacity so once they were gone they were GONE!.

I just run my hand down the length of them to make sure they are comfy when I put them on

I always fold my diaper in half, longways to create a V. Jest like Zeke does.

I'm a little prone to really fluffing them up, which makes them more comfy/poofy in my opinion. It does come with a drawback though, as the sap does tend to fall apart quicker making extended wear a bit more uncomfortable. I think there's a good middle ground when fluffing up diapers.

I take my next diaper out of the bag and let it lay around for at least a day or two.

Then when I am ready to put the diaper on, I will fluff it.
