As I’m not really an AB and really only wear my diapers for mild IC. I haven’t worn outside of sleep in a long while. My anxiety and stress levels have been through the roof recently. I’m off work today, thought out of the blue to put a diaper on.
I feel better already, I’ve had a lite wetting and remember how the soft warm feeling of a diaper can really help you calm down.
