finally brave enough! What should I put in it?

Could you describe what the flow of this bottle is like, been thinking about getting one

In the past with baby bottles I had to cut a slit or poke more holes with a needle. I think this bottle gives the right amountt of flow. While it does have an ergonomic shape, it feels the right scale. The only downside when I ordered it I thought the purple would be more purple. I feel like the color of the non clear parts is too close to a pink. Other than that, I couldn't be happier with it.
