Donations Enabled (Domain Fees)

Hello everyone.

I've temporarily re-enabled the donation system to raise money to pay our domain bills for the next two years.

The donation campaign has been extended a week, and its goal total increased.
The reason is that we've been sent some new bills since the campaign opened, including a $70 bill from Xenforo (makers of our forum software) for renewing our license.
