Not pull-ups, but thick cloth diapers and plastic pants! Not hiding that diaper bulge, like this.

I guess if you just want to catch some sun... but it would be pretty useless if you went in the water. A had to get in the water to free a boat prop once and I did not take off my molicare super. Holly hell I bet I gained 20lbs of water weight trying to get back in the boat. It was one fat diaper.
