I often do this. It gives the look of a pull up with the comfort of an adult diaper. Usually a goodnites xl over a megamax.

I do it occasionally because I really like the compression feeling. It's like a nice tight diaper hug

I've worn them under my regular diapers but never over. I don't think they'd look good that way.
