Do you remember your first time?

Hi everybody

Well I've just had a diaper change and thought of the time years ago now of standing in frount of a mirror in just a medical diaper.

Thinking I look like I had spiral needs and then later not being able to wet my self even though I need to go, ended up standing infront of the toilet before I could wet the diaper.

I can also remember how confortable it feelt before it wes wet and it was still confortable afterwards.

I can also remember checking my clothing after I had wet my selfto check that they were still dry.

I also remember trying to do Little Space sitting on the floor doing colouring in with cartoons on the TV. It was nice but still not sure if I did it right.

Now it different diaper are no longer a choice I have something call psychological incontinence basically I can't trust my body not too wet itself.

And Little space I know it safe to stop bingo a adult and let my self be my self.

I Love being a Little. It been a journey to get to where I am now but I have meet many interesting people on the way.

So can you remember your first time being Little or trying diaper as a adult?

Thanks @siysiy for this thread as for me the first time as an adult in a diaper wasn’t a choice I started having bed wetting problems after coming back from overseas and was ultimately medically retired from the army, a few months later the old memories of being diapered as a teen came back as I felt comfortable in a diaper and being little just felt natural that I decided to go 24/7 and that was in June of 2017. I love watching cartoons and playing with my toys all while sitting on the floor in a diaper and onesie with my paci and one of my bab’s to keep me comfy. While I still deal with nocturnal enuresis which the doctors have no clue how it happened I try not to put too much thought on the how’s and why’s I’m incontinent

Yup I do, good memory.

I had been makeshifting Luvs to fit me around the time I was 8 or so. And I was alittle bummed when I realized I wasn’t fitting in them anymore. Then I realized they made diapers in bigger sizes.

Huge day for me.

Next day no one was home I rode my bike to the drug store. I picked up a package of depends and walked up to the cashier terrified to place my adult diapers on the counter.

I rode home home feeling like everyone could see what was in my bag.

When I got home I opened the pack and was really intrigued by how big they were! Then I laid down taped the diaper up and then stood in front of a mirror mesmerized by how I looked wearing nothing but a big white diaper.

It felt like a giant pillow and I was immediately completely hooked.

Well it was August 2012 brought a pack of Tena super from Asda , and I was away all weekend
Put the 1st 1 on and found it hard to pee but got better as weekend went on
Started night time wetting about 2015 with out a nappy on so been wearing every night since then
Started having some day time issues late 2021 and been 24/7 since this time last year

I was a contractor in Afghanistan trainer to Afghan army while in country week 1 our 8-man team this was the days before Military security we went to an Afghan Bn briefing the Afghan Bn. Cdr. had me as an elder (I was the oldest guy on the team at 52) I was moved next to Bn. Cdr. when an Afghan Cpt. walked in with vest bomb I managed to duck below the conference table as he blew himself up killing a couple Afghan officers and 2 guys on my team. Me I had scratches thanks to the table etc. But after a short time, I started having problems holding my pee. Now that I told this long story I am now Incontinent and wear diapers. Not sure if that started it all for me did something similar happen to you?

No I haven't been in the metery, but thank you for sharing, I hope you had help with dealing with all that.

My anxiety comes from thinks that have happened to me through my life but I did get help to talk thing out.

Through therapy I decoved about my inner child and why I still have a child like personality and because I think my body doesn't like me some times I no longer conflict to go out with out wearing.

I'd been a DL for as long as I can remember, but the expense of adult diapers and the logistics of buying/hiding them had thwarted me in my teenage years. At age 20, I was still living with my mom; the recent recession had made it tough to get good jobs. I was driving home one day when diapers crossed my mind for the first time in a while, and I thought, "Whoa... I've got a bit of money from that short contract work I just did, and I've got the apartment to myself for the whole weekend, since Mom's out of town with her friends. I can actually do this!"

So I stopped at a Wal*Mart about a mile from home. Now, I knew absolutely NOBODY in that part of town, and there was a 0% chance of me being caught buying diapers by anyone I knew. But I was still nervous as heck. You'd have thought I was buying something illegal. I looked up and down the aisles by the incontinence products and started to pick some up. But it felt like everyone was staring at me, so I chickened out.

As I was leaving the parking lot, I noticed the Walgreens across the street, and I thought, "I could try Walgreens. It's smaller and probably quieter." Sure enough, it was a ghost town. I bought the most absorbent pack of Depends they had and some Huggies wipes. Felt like the cashier was silently judging me, but it was probably in my head.

Got home, and put the first one on. It felt better than I ever imagined! However, I still struggled to pee that first time. It didn't help that I was... umm... physiologically stimulated. (It is a fetish, after all!) I tried everything, even standing over the toilet. Finally (painfully) managed it. Haven't had any problems peeing in a diaper since.

The rest, as they say, is history...

My first was peeing into my swimming trunks after I got home. Then it was wetting underwear and then, on to diapers! But yeah, the first time was amazing. I should clarify that I experienced a psychotic break when I was 12 years old. My parents went bankrupt and we had to move (again). I had made a very good friend who I was very close to and moving flipped me over the edge. My mom kept a very close watch on me after that. We had a pool membership and during the summer, I had to be at the pool rather than with other kids. So when I came home (at a specified time), I'd pee my swim trunks and then wash them in the shower as I took a shower after the pool. That started it all.

I first heard of the ABDL thing in high school back around 91 or so. I saw an episode about them on this afternoon talk show that my mom watched called Donahue. I thought it was funny but wasn't offended like a lot of people were. But at the same time it stuck in my mind somehow. Fast forward maybe five years I decide to try diapers for no real reason other than curiosity. They felt good and I remember trying to force myself to use one and see what it felt like and it finally worked and then it was all downhill from there 😂

So can you remember your first time being Little or trying diaper as a adult?

Yes. I was about 16 at the time, and I had bought a pack of adult pull-ups from Walmart while out "Christmas shopping". I didn't have a card yet, so I remember having to take it through a register and pay the cashier directly. I was really nervous and embarrassed. Needless to say, I made it out alive. I'll never forget the first time I slipped one on in my bedroom. I will always remember that initial rush of adrenaline and the wave of comfort feeling some padding between my legs. It was a little while later that I worked up the courage to try wetting them. I remember sitting on the side of my bed and having to concentrate quite a bit to make it happen - initially feeling shocked at how much I could feel the pee (they weren't the best pull-ups out there). Before I bought the pull-ups, I was hoping that after trying them I might realize that I didn't actually like them (and my whole psychological attraction to them would be over). Nevertheless, something deep down inside me knew that I would always like diapers.

Yup, I was about 10-11. Old enough to ride my bike to the mall. Although I did not start out that day looking for diapers I happened to walk through the baby section of a department store and I realized this stuff would fit me! No more pillow cases or towels and plastic bags.

Amazingly, I was able to "acquire" these items: Curity cloth diapers, supersize plastic pants, diaper pins etc. Then the challenge was to ride these items home without being intercepted on my bike by my friends. I was a latch key kid, so there was never anybody home. I went back to my bathroom and laid out the diaper and got onto it. It was the most amazing feeling pulling up a real cloth diaper then pinning it and pulling up the plastic pants. I can still see it all happening in my minds eye to this day.
