2006 Squier Affinity Stratocaster(My friend's guitar)

I've got an Aria from I don't know when. It's old though.

Then my Squire which I never use because I don't play electric anymore.

Just One acoustic Guitar? Don't let it get you down.

:bunny: Night - nothing wrong with one acoustic. If it is decent (straight neck, good intonation etc.) an acoustic is great to learn on and to play. If you want to go electric, try first getting a Dean Markley Sound hole pick-up ($40-60) and play your acoustic through a friends amp. If you have a friend that is a gear junkie (like me), they may be willing to LOAN you a (spare) practice amp. etc. (I've given away over 10 guitars/amps to budding musicians) If you like your acoustic guitar though an amp save up $$ and get a Berhinger (German) Acoustic 100 amp at about $350. It has all kinds of digital effects and other features - fantastic for the price. I play all my acoustic/electric instruments through a Peavy 868 PA system with 15" powered JBL speakers (my stage PA). I never played an electric until I was in my 30's. If you want to hear some radical acoustic/electric blues slide stuff - check out David Lindley http://www.davidlindley.com/, Roy Rogers (NOT the cowboy) and Ry Cooder :bunny:

I've got a steel stringed Yamaha APX500 electric acoustic (with a Squire SA-10 amp) and and a crappy Cort stratocaster (with a Pevey Rage 158 amp). In addition to those there's my brother's custom Squire telecaster that I've borrowed for quite a while. For effects I use a Line 6 POD 2.0.

As far as other instruments go I have a Squire J-Bass (with a Fender Rumble 15 amp) and some simple M-Audio Oxygen 8 V2 MIDI keys.

Oh, and Diapered Rabbit, what do I have to do to be included in your will?

:bunny: No one has started an musical instruments thread. I have about 75-80 more (mostly woodwinds including Silver Beuscher Saxophones and numerous harmonicas). I'll save those for later. :bunny:

Diapered Rabbit, are you a music store/warehouse? I have one acoustic guitar, a Yamaha acoustic, but my daughter has it.

Now if you talk about keyboards and modules, I have 3 keyboards, all of them Korgs, and 4 modules.

Nice

I love Univoxes
Thanks. I'm not entirely sure as to the date, because I got it from my cousin. All I know, it that it's the same make and model that Kurt Cobain Used.

Ah...another Nirvana fan, eh?
Not really. I think they're over rated, but hey, Kurt had some nice taste in Guitars. By the way, Thanks to the power of Google, I have found out it's a phase 1 hi-flyer, and that puts the date around 68-69. Who knew?

HOLY CRAP

That's gotta be more than the average true guitar collector has. Probably a lot more. Like WOW. Any other extensive collections or just guitars...? I think you have more than would fit in my house.

I thought I had an unusual amount.

78' Gibson acoustic
Gretch acoustic with the "f" holes
Some no-name but still decent acoustic
A little kids acoustic
A little 4-string hawaiian one
A godin black electric acoustic (favorite)
A peavy lightning II electric
