I woke up with my soaked diaper on this morning, walked to the kitchen and felt the urge to poop, which I did😃

Then I gave myself the challenge to do my morning stretch and tai chi routine with that soaked and messy diaper on🙃😵‍💫

I just finished, I really feel messy now… not the time to « sit » at my desk, it’s time to shower🤪

Every once in a while I challenge myself to wear for X days and only use my my dip for everything. Don’t normally like messing but will force myself to do just that as part of the forced need.

I will sometimes challenge myself to test the capacity of different disposables to the point before a leak results. That can be a challenge in itself. 😜
