Do stores just not sell tab style diapers?

I started looking for diapers at thrift stores when I was between jobs. I still check them to find plastic-backed tabbed diapers since most stores don't carry them.

You would be in luck in my area I've found dozens of packs of large diapers but not much in Medium in the past few days.

supermarkets near me pretty much only stock the pullup style.
The pharmacies that do have tabs are usually only thee poorer tena slips. always easier to purchase online though.

Only Walgreens/CVS stock tab style diapers....and to have better luck finding some, most of those stores are usually near a hospital. 10 years ago you used to be able to get the Depends plastic backed diapers, but they were way overpriced.

Up here in Canada you can't get anything but Tena briefs (which aren't too bad) and depends briefs (plastic but just plain horrible) but like mentioned earlier walmart.ca you can buy Forsite adult diapers which are excellent.
