So I work as a security guard at a mall and every hour have to make rounds in the restrooms, whenever I go in the restroom there is a very familiar smell, a very relaxing smell. Just today I figured out (even though I already knew) what the smell was, really it just confirmed my suspicions.

This is the air freshener we use in our restrooms and now I am on mission to get some for my bathroom.

"Time Mist" sounds like a bad cover name for a product that leads to age regression in an ABDL story. Good on them!

My actual paying job requires me to, shall we say, "maintain" restrooms. So I can tell you, even without spraying any fragrances, my nose gets to pick up on smells that might be similar to ones would encounter at the ages of about two or less.

I don't know that brand. But I bet Office Depot might carry it.
