Diapers on hand, who has the most?

I’ll kick it off. I normally have about 100 - 200 on hand at one time. Mainly Dry 24/7’s and Megamax. I started keeping more on hand during COVID. Never know with supply chain problems.

Well, nothing would be more irresponible and immature than an adult running out of her needed diapers. I have my auto order for a 40 pack of megamax and two 15 packs of air supreme diapers each month. I also pick up 40 less expensive diapers locally for myself each month as needed. I use around 110 diapers a month now. So, I have a supply of adult diapers on hand that varies between 2 and 12 dozen. Surely not the most here, but enough diapers to confidently meet my needs.

I’ve been buying a lot more than usual lately. When my disposable income budget runs a surplus, so does my stash of… disposable output containment garments…

I have 9 bags Tykables b-grade arriving today, and I’m sitting on backlogs of SDK, Rebel, and Violet. I’m probably going to stop buying for a little while. I wear 4-5 nights as week plus two diapers a day when I work from home and more on the weekend.

I don't know if have 'the most', but I've usually got 6 to 8 packages of MegaMax diapers (white and pink) at any given time, plus several random packages. Currently, in addition to 6 1/2 packages of MegaMax, I have 2 full packages of Crinkles, 3 full packages of InControl Essential diapers, 2 packages of Trest diapers, and unopened box/full case of Dry 24/7 diapers, and 1 package of Avena L4s...... I'm in diapers 24/7 and have auto-ship for MegaMax, getting 2 cases every 3 weeks. And yes, supply chain issues def played a part in me keeping a hefty stock on hand!

I tend to be more J.I.T. on my inventory, but I also tend to place larger orders when I do order.

Out of my head: 1 Pack of Betterdry, 2 packs of Attends Classic 10, 8 pack of Cloudrys, 6 packs of Attends Active 10, 4 pack of Active 8, 1 pack of Molicare Slip Maxi, 1 pack of Molicare Premium Elastic, 1 pack of Molicare Pants, 4 pack of Attends Pull-Ons 8 and some samples.

I am reducing my stock at the moment. Complete about 600 pcs

I have 4 Crinklz left (I better get another pack soon), and about 12 packs of Assurance diapers from Walmart. That's over 300 diapers. I can restock anytime I need to.

I have more then I usually do. Normally once I drop down to like 20 left I order another 40. Currently have about 250 on hand right now

Off the top of my head I'd say over 2000 diapers from various ABDL suppliers, a couple of bags of medical grade diapers, infant diapers and various adult pull-ups. My LFB order will be in today which will add another 80 to my stash. I have 3 pallets in the garage for my overstock and 3 drawers in the bedroom full and an overflow box in the spare bedroom.
I need to stop!!

Since i don't wear diapers every day, plus i don't have the space for alot. I keep a bag travel bag of about 15 or so diapers when i head out. I do try to mix up with 3 or more brands. Try to head out with Trest, Megamax, something from Rearz, and something from LFB. The designs change time to time too.

I am on a pre-scheduled resupply from NorthShore and really do not pay much attention to exact counts as the shipments of MEGAMAX are will timed with a slight buffer.
One of my concerns with large stocks is turnover of ones inventory as the product itself does not have a limited shelf life, but the tabs can loose their stickiness, especially if the storage area becomes to warm or cold.

I'd estimate probably around 5000 or so. Lots of vintage diapers, and some current diapers, too...both baby and adult. Yeah, I have a problem. But also a great investment!

I’m somewhere around that now as well. Many investment packs but I’ll probably have a hard time parting with them
