I thought I would post this thread with the general subject of what the title says: Diapers during car travel.

I always thought it would be cool to wear diapers when in a car, as long as I don't have to get out in front of public of course. I think its a perfect time to wear. especially during long car rides. I think when I get my driver's license and have a car to drive that's what I'll do.
no one would see you pretty much even if you were just wearing a t-shirt and a diaper. I mean as long as they can't see too far through your window. besides your chair is normally below the window's line of view.
I can't wait till that day comes. And I can experience the thrill of driving diapered.

anyway's, state your idea's, opinions whatever on diapered car travel.

:wallbash:

Your idea is sound except for the visibility part. Any vehicle taller than yours will allow the other driver to see your lap. Trust me on this, I drive a pickup. If you are going to be anywhere in public, keep the diaper covered at all times. Semi-truck with CB > pickup > car. Car drivers cannot see into other cars; pickups can see into cars, but not other pickups; semi-trucks can see into everything but other trucks.

For long drives, I have found that the next rest area travel time is 15 minutes greater than my bladder holding time. For this reason, I wear diapers. If you have any thoughts on using the absorbency while driving, be extra catious about leaks. Since you will be sitting on the absorbent padding, it will have a more difficult time protection your seats. For this reason, I do not wear pull-ups or low grade diapers during long drives. The overnight absorbency real diapers are my favorite. The hold plenty, don't leak easy, and do not require you to undress to change.

Have fun and be safe.

I am 17 and have had mine for over a year. I have done this once before. It is fun, but you should concentrate more of the road, rather than your diaper.

Good point. but I could still park first, if the diaper became to much of a distraction.

I'd be hesitant, because there's always the chance of a (car) accident, or you could get pulled over. What will the officer or the person you crashed into think, when you walk in just a T-shirt and a diaper. I dunno. I know it probably wouldn't happen, but there's always the risk.

Wearing a diaper during car trips can be a good idea (although taking a short break every couple of hours or so doesn't hurt); wearing only a diaper from your waist down seems like looking for an embarassing moment. Just imagine, for instance, having to get out of the car to change a flat tyre or, as Maverick said, being pulled over/involved in anything that required you to get out of the car with other seeing you. Not something you want to find yourself into while diapered and without pants on. You'll never know what could happen when you're on the road!

I wore diapers during my trip to Paris for the New Year's Eve (see my blog for further info), and also during part of the journeys through Europe I did last summer and a couple of years ago. When you don't do it often, it's a kind of a weird feeling, but I noticed I drive more carefully when I'm diapered, partly due to the higher level of attention in order to avoid anything bad happening.

Wetting while driving can require some concentration (and some practice) if you're not used to it, but when you learn how to do it, be sure you're thickly padded or you could find yourself in need of a change in the worse moments. A couple of years ago, on a German motorway, I noticed the water pump of my engine had started leaking, but before I could care of it, I had to take care of my dangerously full diaper (which was near to leaking too...). :tongueout:

I wore when I drove across canada by myself. Goood times. I even drove just in the diaper and a shirt when it was really hot out and no A/C.

Ive had my license since I was 16.
Anyway, I drive a pickup too, and it is higher up that some cars, so I can see right into the drivers lap, and I actually saw someone in a diaper once.. ^__^

And yeah... I almost wrecked once when trying to pee my diaper. Not a safe thing to do while driving. LOL!

ive only worn a few times while driving, only relativity short distances though, and have never really had a problem using and driving at the same time, is it really that hard? it must differ a lot from person to person.

would really like to try it for a long time driving if i end up driving to colorado to vist a college.

I haven't worn because of a long car ride (I don't really go on them). The only time I wear while in a car is if I happen to be wearing before and I don't feel like changing.

I have blessed this thread with my 5000th post. Good day.

I would defiantly do this if i ever had to drive a long distance alone, the only thing is I'm usually with someone else on long car trips, and i'd rather they don't find out. that would make for a long and awkward trip.

I've done it only a few times, while wearing pants. It is hard to go, but I was able a couple of times and it felt good. I would wear the pants however.

Well, I've been wearing diapers while driving for just about 6 years now, and the big thick cloth ones for 5 of those. Being incontinent on both ends, it's a necessity for me.

Speaking of being in an accident, I was involved in one on the 29th of August last year. I don't know why either, but for some reason, I had put on a disposable diaper that day just before I went to pick up my son at his bus stop after school. On the way back home, someone pulled out of a side street without looking and turned right into us head on. I had to be extracted from the car by the paramedics and taken to the hospital with neck injuries and strapped to one of those back boards with a fat neck collar on. NOT FUN!

Anyway, like I said, I still have no idea why I used a disposable that day, and I wish I hadn't had, because while I was in the hospital emergency room, it leaked all over my jeans and the stretcher. I stunk of pee, and had to lay there in it for the next 4 hours.

Granted, the disposable was a lot less visible than my usual cloth and plastic pants, but I could care less if someone notices them anymore. To me, it's just a fact of life now.

But other than that one incident, I've never really had any problems with wearing while driving. The biggest problem I've ever had was trying to find a restroom to change in after messing myself if I'm away from home.

Nobody can tell you're wearing while you are in your car, unless you try to make it blatantly obvious by not wearing anything except the diaper, which I've done once or twice on the way home from work late, late at night before I became incontinent and would only wear for the enjoyment of it.

So my advice would be that if you want to try it, go for it!

diaperes car trips

Dear Prince Matthew;

Diapers were made for car trips, especially disposable diapers. You just put

one on before you go, put on a shirt and pants, and just enjoy the ride. No

restroom stops for you, you're wearing your toilet. Diapers are great, don't

ever go back to wearing those disgusting underpants.

And when you start driving, oh, the tremendous joy you'll experience

driving while wearing a diaper. There is nothing like wearing a diaper while

driving, or using one, because it's your little secret.

I have worn diapers while traveling for over 40 years and yes they are convenient. i guess i have over a million miles driving while wearing a diaper.

The only time i wear just a diaper and shirt is when i am off roading in the desert where i am unlikely to meet someone.

Though i have seen found strange people in the desert so a guy in a diaper may not be that strange.

I stopped to soak at one remote desert hot springs and the only other person there was a guy in a dress.I went ahead and got out in my diaper and went over and undressed and went in for a soak.
