One measurable when being on a weight loss program
is the distance between the tapes on the front of the diaper LOL.

I am beginning to notice that the tapes have to come
closer and closer together to get a good fit going.

Good for you, the program you are on is working well by the sound of things.
Are you on a of weight loss pills that necessitate the use of a Nappy due to probable bowel losses excreteing the fat.

haha yep I do the same, I notice the difference just like you.

I do a lot of long distance running so my weight can fluctuate quite considerably. If I start training for an event somewhere, I up my training and when the event has come and gone I kinda revert just back to "maintained mode". Unfortunately I still sometimes eat like a champ and not train like one so the weight comes back on. Like you said in your post, its the tapes and where they land where I notice this the most.

Haha no.
I wear for comfort and for occasional nighttime accidents.
Usually I don't wear during the day except for rare instances like long plane rides,
movie theater or when I'm out snowboarding.

And yes! It is working really well so far.

Yeah it's funny.
I wonder if at some point I'd have to go to a medium size because large won't fit snug anymore.
But I don't think I want to lose that much.

I've been trying my ass off to lose weight but it's next to impossible when you wind up stuck in bed days on end throughout the cool-cold weather...lost nearly 30 between last March through Oct but guarantee 15 of it is back.
