diaper pails

while i was at the store I wet my molicare pull-up and went into the toilet stalls and noticed they added new diaper pails in every stall. don't know if I'm responcible or not or if I was the final straw. anyway I am wondering if these pails are comercially avalible

Westfield's in Australia its not a store but a shopping center/mall
