Unless there's a specific manufacturer located in Canada that only sells within Canada, they'd have to be the same. No way a manufacturer is going to invest in more machinery, more inventory items (stock #s) and make one-off anything. The market doesn't work that way though if it did I'm certain there would be more options on the adult incontinence/diaper front.... such as the many "desired upgrades" many are always talking about on ADISC.
