Cp and bowel ic

Does anyone with ceberal palsey have bowel ic. I normally do good but I've started to have issues with my muscles pushing out when I'm telling them to hold in. It's really kind of f'ed up. I have other muscles that can act this way too. Getting a haircut is hard to be still when they say to but easier when it doesn't matter. Like my body has been playing games with me

Also does anyone in addition recovery get triggered to use after an incontinence episode. I get so angry with my self 99 times out of 100 end using. I already ware diapers for urine but bm is so much more of a problem

It didn't.

Yes, bowels can be just as spastic as our other muscles. So can bladders.

Nope, not alone at all. Me, too. And I know several others.

Bladder is a pain in the, well, bladder, but bowel, is a pain in the ass, just less often.

My hubby has CP and he's the opposite issue. I've IBS and my interesting will literally spasm

For me, it's like, "Raging constipation, unnnnnnnnntil all poop related hell breaks loose.

Yep, I understand. Bowel spasms suck.

That's how it is with him, too, but goes back to constipated fast.

They do. I've had it most the week, that and what i call bubble gut. Back to low fodmap
