concentration issues

Since joining the community at the weekend I find my mind wandering back to nappies and the forum when I am working or driving the car etc. No dangerous situations yet.....Any spare min at home or toilet break(do not wear at work) I am reaching for the smartphone to check the posts. Teenage obsession as life begins at 40? Sound familiar?
