Does anyone else like feeling Little and rolling back time to watch old Christmas kids movies?
I love Frosty The Snowman, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, and Santa Claus Is Coming To Town
They always give me good holiday feelings and nostalgia! 🎄🎅

I love Christmas films, as you say they make you feel Christmasy.
My fav films are Home Alone, never fails to make me laugh even though i know whats coming,
and Elf, such a silly stupid film its brilliant.
also The Snowman is a must see over Christmas.

I just came across a copy of "The Munsters' Christmas Movie". It is a1996 movie which is newer than the original Munsters television show that I remember in black and white. I want to watch it Christmas Day.

I really enjoy Elf, the Santa Clause, and even the Jim Carey version of the Grinch. I tend to lean more towards the comedy side of Christmas over the more serious films and Hallmark specials. Gremlins will probably be next on my to-watch list.

It's my favorite adaptation of A Christmas Carol, second only to the 1984 made-for-television adaptation that starred George C. Scott.

My boss told me to watch "nativity " because he says I'm like Mr poppy. And apparently I wear crazy jumpers just like him ! 🙃..
But I haven't watched it .. because it looks boring! 😊..

It doesn't exactly qualify as a Christmas movie in the "traditional" sense and neither do Merry Christmas, Mr. Lawrence, (1983) Gremlins, (1984) Die Hard. (1988) or Batman Returns. (1992)

These films are what I regard as the "alternative holiday films."
