Cerebral Palsy leg spasticity making it more difficult to diaper myself

As I have aged, my spasticity is getting worse in my legs, and it is making it harder to diaper myself. I do walk, and I can change myself while standing, but my thighs are very tight, making removal and putting on of my diapers by myself difficult.

Am I the only person with Cerebral Palsy who is having more difficulty in diapering oneself as part of one's own personal care routines?

I dont have CP but i have lots of spasticity,muscle relaxers are your friend.
