So I've had a Motorola KRZR for a few years now and I really don't like it.

I text message more than I had ever imagined so I'm looking for a phone with a QWERTY keypad.

I have oily skin so touchscreens are very NO.

And I'm looking for something under $100 with contract renewal (which takes off $50)

The only thing I've found so far is the Samsung Alias
Enter your location

NOTE I have Verizon I don't know if that makes any difference.

Suggest away!

Yay KRZR :smile1:

I would have suggested an iPhone...But since you don't want a touchscreen, then maybe...I dunno

I don't like Samsung at all. I've tried a few and they all sucked 'cos of their interface. I say go with Nokia. It's the best brand I've ever tried.

I think the new flip pearls are pretty awesome. While you need a blackberry plan for all the features it isn't a requirement to use the phones normal stuff.

QWERTY + No Touchscreen + Verizon =

LG enV 2: Solid phone, LG is a good brand, I've tried it; liked it.

Verizon Wireless Blitz: I think this phone is geared towards "tweens" but it looks like a fairly solid slider, and has a full QWERTY.

I like my Blackberry Curve quite a bit. Aside from the QWERTY keypad, it can pull in all my email with no problem.
