If I remember correctly there was an episode of sonic the hedgehog where Dr Robotnic Tails and Sonic where accidentally sent back to becoming babies when a experiment went wrong, although I have also seen verious japanese/korean animated cartoons on youtube.

There was an episode of Johnny Test that had is dad in diapers running away from the men's restroom. I think the episode may have been Take your kid to work day, but I am not certain on that.

I remember an episode of Cow and Chicken on Cartoon Network that had Cow babysitting Chicken and if I remember correctly the episode title is called "The Babysitter". I also think there may be one or two occasions of Ed, Edd, and Eddy with references to diapers as well in the show.
