Just guessing - according to the profile, Zippy is DL and sissy. DL can be concealed, sissy may have been more obvious. So, if Zippy was busted "wearing diapers" but not being a sissy, the sissy part may have been well known and the diapers as an additional aspect not that shocking anymore.
