Plain almond milk is the closest I have found. Human breast milk is sweater than regular milk. I had a partner who induced for awhile. It was a lot of work to maintain so she eventually stopped. I really miss the closeness. There are women who provide the service for a fee but they are difficult to find.

I mentioned this in another thread recently. I only got to breastfeed once, and it was amazing! I felt amazingly closer to my wife that day!
The comparison to almond milk is a good one, actually. Certainly with some sweetness.

Sweeter and with a slight different flavor note. My daughter left some frozen breast milk in my freezer (her kid is almost four now) and I tried a bit before I threw it out.

Spent 4 hours breastfeeding yesterday. It was wonderful. It put me in a very relaxed and warm place. I was in a diaper the entire time which helped too. It was an awesome experience.
