Both my phones stopped working and I am nervous.

Long Story short, My phones stopped working at the same time. One my screen is busted and the other just stopped working. Fortionally after a long trip I am going to get a new phone but I was very nervous. I did do some deep breathing which helped though so that's good.

I tend to rely on my phones and I guess that makes me nervous. I am not sure why. I do think I have anxiety so that may have something to do with it. Plus I get overly nervous when change happens.
