Best / most comfortable diaper cover or plastic pants?

I had to go a size up when ordering PUL pants. They actually fit fine and they better cover a pre-fold cloth diaper.

Yes, I usually wear a size up in the rubber pants I wear - a large (my usual size) will fit over, say, one prefold but not a disposable plus a washable brief, let alone two prefolds (actually, I have difficulty getting an XL to fit over that).

I use Gary milky white plastic pants, never had a problem with them.
