Best Clothes to Hide a Diaper in Public

Total Dry Plus (plastic tape diaper) then cotton boxer-briefs over my diaper, followed by tactical khaki pants.
The cotton undies help to support and compress the diaper, reduce any crinkle noise, and absorb any minor diaper leaks before getting on the pants.
The pants are part nylon which helps to reduce any leak absorbtion by the pants.
I have noticed that the diaper waistband, even if folded down, usually peeks out of some part of the waistband by the end of the day.
My T-shirt or dress shirt easily covers or is tucked in so very minor risk of showing anyway.

You may not have noticed - sweat pants that are "showing" in the front are probably looking just as obvious in the back, as viewed from the side.

With my sweatpants, it's way more obvious in the front than in the back, but of course not all pants are the same shape. Unless i'm bending over, then it's really obvious since they're so soft and outlines everything.
